One Step at a Time

Dear Tobie,

I’m a little late writing to you for your birthday. My company sent me to Georgia again, so that’s where I am. Dawsonville, to be exact. Once I get home, I will get a letter to you in the mail. However, thanks for your patience and understanding.

Anyway, I have good news for you. Last month, I made an offer on some land in Kentucky. My offer was accepted. The survey was just completed, and so I’m looking to close about August time-frame. It’s 16 acres of timberland. I intend to clear a spot and build a cabin. I will also lay a gravel driveway down. There’s much work to be done. However, I’m just taking it one step at a time.

I’m sure you also have a big dream or goal in mind. As long as your dream or goal is reasonable, you can achieve it when you break them up into manageable sizes. Then, you just take one step at a time. I love you, Tobie and miss you. Hope to hear from you, soon.

With Love in Christ,
Dad
