Dear Paige and Lincoln,
It’s already May, and you’ll be getting out of school for summer break shortly, won’t you? Do you have any summer plans or will you just play? Do you have any friends that you enjoy playing with? If you have time this summer, maybe the two of you could draw me a picture or write me a letter.
I spend most of my time working, reading, and going to church. However, I enjoy the latter two the most. I work primarily so I can save money. I read to increase my knowledge and understanding. I go to church so I can practice holy living.
I love you both and miss both of you dearly. I have enclosed two personalized cards, one for each of you. Write back when you can.
Forever and Always,
Dad
P.S. Paige and Lincoln, I can’t believe you’re already 7 and 6 years old, respectively. It’s tragic we’ve lost these years. Woe unto those who have taken you from me. They won’t escape God’s judgment.
